Officer) of Arinna, Inc. Language Services,
is a native Slovenian who has been living, studying, and working in New York
City since 1992. She earned her BA in Liberal Arts in 2000, and MA in Liberal Studies
in 2003, both at The New School, with a focus on women studies through the lens of history
and sociology, and was a teaching assistant for undergraduate courses in
women’s intellectual history. Her roots, however, are in modern dance; she
was trained at the Alvin Ailey
and Martha Graham schools, and is currently
enrolled in the full-time training of the movement art eurythmy at Eurythmy Spring Valley. Ms. Stemberger has over 15 years of experience as
a linguist, and is fluent in English, Slovene, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian,
with a good comprehension of French. Through her work, Ms. Stemberger
acquired expertise as a translator, editor, interpreter in medical,
pharmaceutical, and legal fields, as well as diplomatic affairs; through her
studies and experience, she acquired proficiency in humanities, social
sciences, performing and visual arts, fashion/costume design and handicrafts. Highlights from the resume: ·
